Logging into LymeApp
The following step-by-step guide demonstrates how to log into LymeApp.
While the following steps have been performed on an Apple iOS device, the steps will be the same on an Android device, and via a desktop accessing the webapp version of LymeApp.
Step 1
If accessing LymeApp on your mobile device, open LymeApp as you would any other app.
If accessing LymeApp via the webapp, navigate to the LymeApp URL using your desktop/laptop web browser.
You will be presented with the login page as shown.
Step 2
Enter your credentials which you should have received in the follow-up tester email.
Then click the ‘Log in’ button.
Step 3
You should now be logged into LymeApp and be met with the App Homepage.
