Checking for model updates
To ensure that the maps display the most accurate and up-to-date information, the models which the maps are based on are frequently updated. The option to check for updates is available in the map settings menu.
The following step-by-step guide demonstrates how to check and update the models:
Step 1
Open the map settings, by tapping on the icon indicated in the screenshot.
Step 2
At the bottom of the menu, you will see a green button titled, “Check for map updates”.
Tap this button to check for updates.
Step 3
The button will flash as shown in the screenshot, confirming that it is/has checked for available updates.
The Model versions information will then change to show the version the LymeApp is currently displaying.
